How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
This will vary greatly depending upon the environment that they are in. High traffic locations will need cleaned more regularly than low traffic areas but we would recommend cleaning them once every 6-12months to maintain the air quality in the property.
Do you provide all the equipment and cleaning solutions?
Yes. Our specialist will come equipped with the machinery and solutions to carry out the work. All that is required is access to water and electricity.
How long does it take to clean the carpets?
This will vary depending on the size of the room and how dirty it is as well as whether there are any stains that will require additional spot treatment. Our specialist will be happy to let you know approximately how long it will take when you receive your no obligation quote.
Do I need to clear the room of furniture?
A clear room makes it easier for the specialist to work efficiently and we recommend that you clear as much of the floor area as possible.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Drying times vary depending on the thickness and type of pile. Our latest machine is equipped with a twin vac turbosystem, which helps keep drying times to a minimum. To assist with this we also use two drying machines.
